We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Consultant to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutions within a Telecom BSS environment. This role focuses on application support, system enhancements, and ensuring operational stability for Fiber (FTTH/FTTx) and Postpaid Enterprise Mobility use cases.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
Communication Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud (OmniStudio/Vlocity)
, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams in a production support and delivery environment.
