RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using
Salesforce platform technologies , including
OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components .
Leverage
low-code/no-code capabilities within Salesforce
(e.g., Flow, Process Builder, App Builder) to automate and streamline business processes.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to
translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications .
Work across
Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS
to enhance customer service operations, including case management, digital channels, and knowledge base setup.
Design and implement
API integrations with third-party systems
and internal tools; manage authentication, data mapping, and performance optimization.
Participate in agile development processes, including
sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups .
