Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives and projects. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Work closely with SFCC developers, QA teams, architects, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis sessions, business process mapping, and solution discussions. Support end-to-end eCommerce implementations, platform enhancements, and third-party integrations.
