An employer in the insurance industry is looking for Salesforce Business Analyst to join the fully remote team. This person will be responsible for leading the requirements gathering process by collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business needs for Salesforce projects. They will develop comprehensive business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps to guide the development and implementation teams. This role is fast‑paced and highly collaborative. On a typical day, the analyst will spend about a third of their time in requirements‑gathering sessions, another third sorting and structuring the steady stream of requests coming in from various channels, and the remaining third in uninterrupted focus time converting those requirements into well‑crafted user stories.
