JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serves as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owner and team members.
Work with product team in an Agile environment to understand Epic vision, breakdown of features and how user stories should be prioritized.
Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points with team members. These meetings should result in user stories ready to be prioritized into the backlog.
Work with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to facilitate and document any source to target data mappings as required.
Participates in the identification, quantification and mitigation of risks and issues.
Responsible for working with the Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments
to completing the requirements to the Scrum Master.
