Requirements

5+ years of experience in complex enterprise environments. Deep expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Hands‑on experience designing large‑scale, highly integrated Salesforce ecosystems. Strong knowledge of security architecture, data governance, and integration patterns. Ability to influence decisions and drive alignment without direct authority. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Email Studio. Integration experience with MuleSoft and/or CCaaS platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD, DevOps, and release governance. Exposure to broader marketing automation platforms such as Marketo. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
