About The Role

At Barchester Healthcare, we are investing in technology and systems that support the delivery of outstanding care and operational excellence across our organisation. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in both the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform.

Working as part of the IT team, you'll support the day‑to‑day administration, configuration and optimisation of Salesforce, ensuring users receive an excellent experience and the platform continues to meet evolving business needs. You'll support user management, configuration changes, reporting, system maintenance and training while helping to improve data quality and deliver valuable business insights.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Salesforce administration experience who enjoys problem solving, supporting users and driving continuous system improvement within a fast‑paced environment.
