Position Overview
**Major Responsibilities/Activities:**
+ Set a vision and strategy for BU sales training team resulting in active support and participation by the team and stakeholders
+ Provide continuous developmental feedback to team through formal and informal review sessions to improve overall team and individual performance
+ Support team with career/growth planning and skill development to reach their goals.
+ Lead talent management: recruits, retains and promotes a high performing team
+ Be the expert on products strategy/knowledge and their related markets in areas of responsibility in order to provide quality training and skill programs that meet the needs of respective BU
+ Identify and correct sales personnel deficiencies in product knowledge, selling skills, management and leadership skill to strengthen productivity
