Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote skincare products, treatments, and services
- Product Promotion : Clearly explain the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions
- Appointment Scheduling : Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants
- Sales Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls, handle customer enquiries, and encourage repeat purchases
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management
