• Communicating retention and growth trends with the team and implementing corrective measures and strategies
• Advisor Sales Communication
• Diploma/Degree (Marketing, Communications and/or Sales)
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Financial Services industry in a Sales , Distribution, Business Development, Relationship Management and/or Marketing role
• Minimum 3 years Broker Consultant/Sales experience
