The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of Sales Activators to achieve sales targets, ensure operational compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role oversees daily field sales activities, territory planning, inventory and payment reconciliation, customer engagement, and performance management while supporting the company's commercial growth objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

+ Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing Sales Activators in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
