This is not a seat-warming leadership role focused purely on KPIs. The role:
You’ll lead a team of around 10–12 contact centre sales agents, with a strong focus on coaching, development and performance uplift. A large portion of your time will be spent identifying skill gaps, improving call quality and helping agents become more confident, consistent performers.
