Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities - Handle overseas existing and new customers
- Follow up customers enquires
- Provide quotations to customers
- Follow up with overseas existing customers for repeat orders/ promote related products
- Issue sales order
- Assist Vietnam Branch (SSBVN, SIGVN) – RFQ, sales and direct import
- Sales order (overseas)
- Customer Evaluation
- Overseas trip forecast report
- Sales meeting agenda & minutes
- Sales personnel weekly report
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Preferable candidate possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge SAP is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm
