Position Overview
Your mission - Independent, structured processing of worldwide commercial transactions
- Order processing including the preparation of purchase orders, order confirmations, customs clearance documents, shipping documents and invoices
- You are the direct contact person for our domestic and foreign business partners
- You are in daily intensive contact with customers, suppliers, agents and your contact person in the sales department
- You support the sales department in the processing and initiation of purchase and sales transactions
Your profile - You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - preferably in a freight forwarding company or in foreign trade - or a comparable university degree
- Professional experience in the import or export business
- Good written and spoken Spanish & English
- Service-oriented way of working
