Responsibilities

• Serve as a key part of the commercial engine, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient and quality service.
• Create customer quotations following the instructions of the Commercial Manager and the commercial team, using our internal ERP.
• Maintain commercial offers and assist in resolving incidents.
• Propose IT improvements to optimize the quoting tool.
• Ensure compliance with sales policies defined by the commercial team.
