JOB DETAILS
Frequent contacts with customers to understand their needs and build up trust and feeling of partnership
Ensure the customer’s enquiry contains sufficient information to allow the GPSC/regional hub to quote correctly
Entry of enquiries into SAP and commencement of workflow in a timely and accurate manner.
Stay in regular contact with customer to keep them advised of status of the enquiry.
Immediate forwarding of quotations to the customer once available and after reviewing price and accuracy where appropriate in conjunction with the local Account Manager/Representative
Work with Account Managers/Representatives to follow up quotations in a timely manner and record all conversations with the customer
Immediately forward orders to GPSC/regional hub and ensure prompt order confirmation to customers
Follow-up on open questions on quotes and orders and transfer important information to Technical Sup...
