Position Overview
- Organizes and maintains sales literature and client setup forms
- Research and analyze company data to track target account progress and/or growth on a scheduled basis and report to management
- Responsible for CRM and Web Portal tool roll out to sales tea
- Provide quotations to clients and maintain quote log
- Responsible for scheduling weekly sales meetings and agendas
- Assist Sales Manager planning office visits with clients
- Assist Administration Manager in identifying AR issues where Sales can support the collection process
- Create and manage client database on shared drive, including (but not limited to) client profiles, account activities, SOP’s, client set up documents.
- Follow up clients, sales and operations to ensure that implementation is successful
