Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders accurately
- Coordinate order fulfillment to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
- Prepare and organize materials for sales presentations in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to address procedural queries and assess satisfaction levels
- Monitor active purchase orders and ensure completion within agreed timelines
- Report inventory discrepancies or service issues promptly to management and Sales Manager
- Assess customer requirements and provide advice on technical matters
- Perform ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of sales support or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP system knowledge and experience in the Marine industry are added advantages
