About the job Sales Support (Customer Service)

The National Key Account Sales Support (NKASS) provides administrative support to the National Key Account Managers (NKAM) and ensures that all clients concerns and operational issues are attended to in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure to provide sales support to the NKAM

• Complete client booking requirements received via online, phone, email or any other direct messaging platforms
• Ensure compliance of requirement and adherence to port protocols to facilitate proper processing of client booking and avoid any delays in shipments
• Provide clients with an update on shipment status thru sending of shipment tracking report or calling directly the local branches for real-time update
• Responsible for timely submission of unwithdrawn containers report of and remind clients compliance on agreed storage policy
