- Manage inbound inquiries, homepage leads, and external partner referrals.
- Create and process sales leads and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow‑up.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales teams to maximise conversion.
- Proactively contact existing customers to uncover new business potential.
- Qualify and transfer sales opportunities into Salesforce for action by field teams.
