Position Overview
The role will support in the integration of new sales hires and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. This role is responsible for executing onboarding programs, monitoring accreditation requirements, and supporting the professional development of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring smooth integration into company culture and systems.
- Support in the benchmarking and implementation of updates in the accreditation frameworks.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and certification programs to maintain sales team readiness.
- Monitor compliance and maintain accurate records of accreditation status across the team.
