Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Sales Administration: Assist in the preparation of sales materials, quotes, and meeting logistics; maintain sales documentation and CRM updates.
- Client Communication Support: Coordinate basic client outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling under the direction of the Sales Support Specialist.
- Demo and Presentation Coordination: Provide logistical assistance for product demos, webinars, and internal/external presentations.
- Proposal and Documentation Support: Help compile, format, and finalize responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with consulting, marketing, and operations teams to collect required content and updates.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain records of pipeline activities and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business, IT, or related fields; higher education is advantageous.
