Position Overview

The Sales Support Assistant is responsible in entertaining walk-in borrowers in Loan Processing Office.

Responsibilities:


β€’ Preparation and consolidation of reports related to Sales.


β€’ Handles inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.


Qualifications


β€’ Graduate of any 4 year degree course


β€’ With at least 1 year experience in any field such as sales and customer service of any financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, call centers and telecommunications company, an advantage.


β€’ Must have knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
