• Geographical scope is whole Asia region, excl. China.
• Assist Sales Coordinator on sales support tasks, mainly related to entering data in the company’s CRM and ERP systems and replying email enquiries.
• Preparation of quotations, prepayment tax invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate and track sales orders, invoices and payment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Filing and reporting of warranty reports and claims.
• Liaising and coordination with logistics department.
