- Sales support 40% / Import and export work 60% - Receive customer orders from Thailand, process the orders, check delivery dates, verify stock availability, and arrange shipments. - Communicate and coordinate with overseas suppliers, customers in Thailand, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics companies. - Prepare and review relevant documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (B/L). - Collaborate with sales personnel to verify pricing, provide customer support, manage delivery schedules, and coordinate with internal departments. - Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 existing customers. - No customer visits required.
