Position Overview
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To successfully develop and control the sales processes & systems in support of the overall sales effort to win new business and support existing clients. Some support includes to participate in all tender and bid comment processing and ensure compliance and delivery on time of all tenders.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Processes / Systems
- Administer Existing sales processes and systems
- Translate processes into systems (CRM) through the CRM development team
- Continuous improvement of sales processes (in relation to quality standards, especially Client service and efficiencies) and assist to implement these approved processes with the Sales Support Specialist
- Co-ordination of ad-hoc process/systems projects as assigned
- Implementing ISO and other standards requirements into processes, as well as attending ISO meetings and Audits
