Position Overview

Sales Coordinator

Salary: SGD 2,600 - SGD 4,000

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6pm, once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm

Location: Nearest MRT (Sembawang / Admiralty)

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal departments to support the sales lifecycle.
  • Manage sales activities, including processing sales orders, quotations, credit notes, billing, procurement, and coordinating order fulfilment.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions in line with company guidelines.
  • Provide post‑sales and administrative support, ensuring high service standards in order processing, project registration, and related tasks.
