Position Overview
Roles and Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the Traditional Trade (TT) van sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Develop new sales routes and expand market coverage across assigned territories.
- Monitor van sales operations, route productivity, and customer coverage efficiency.
- Ensure proper execution of sales plans, promotions, and product visibility in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers to increase sales growth.
- Track sales performance, collection status, and stock movement of van sales operations.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
