Overview of the Role

As Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in running the shop floor. You ensure the team delivers strong sales results, daily operations run smoothly, and customers receive a good in‑store experience.

What You Will Do

• Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering good customer service
• Assist customers on the shop floor and step in when needed
• Lead by example in selling and customer interaction
• Ensure the shop floor is always covered, especially during busy periods
• Guide and support the team to maintain good performance throughout the day

• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily store activities accurately
