- Make progress in sales activity as committed to the company, mainly target to food industry & food manufacturers. - Proactive for various sales items, such as food materials, ingredients, and other newly developed items in the synergy work platform. - Retain existing customers by providing information promptly and strengthening customer relationships. - Monitor sales delivery schedule and coordinate with involved parties in terms of delays. - Perform achievement in terms of sales and profit. - Implement strategies solution for sales and services status and analyze competitor quality and pricing. - Manage samples provided to the customers. - Handle quality claim issues and the return process. - Coordinate with cross-function i.e., Accounting, Logistics, Procurement Dept. - Other tasks as assigned
