Identify and source new /potential clients through various channels.
This includes conducting product presentations and sales pitches to prospective customers.
Conduct cold calls and field visits to attract new clients.
Maintain strong relationship with existing clients and ensure renewal.
Supervise sales associates to ensure assistance to clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation. If necessary, assist the client or sales associate to ensure prompt processing of loan applications.
Coordinate with the credit and loan processing teams to facilitate the approval of loans.
Ensure that all loan applications meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve sales skills.
