Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Leads and aids in the creation of store manuals, guidelines, policies and procedures.
-Ensures that store operations follow the standard operating procedures.
-Leads, plans and coordinates with other concerned Departments on store openings.
-Monitors the supplies inventory at each store.
-Monitors the performance of store employees and provides training as necessary.
-Addresses concerns on inventory, sales, display and schedule of employees.
-Develops, implements and executes marketing campaigns such as print media, web, social media, broadcast, and others.
-Carry out customer feedback surveys, market research and competitive intelligence to keep up to date with customer expectations, market trends and opportunities.
