Position Overview
Sales & Target Achievement - Achieve personal sales targets and ensure the sales team meets or exceeds agreed monthly and annual targets.
- Motivate coach and support the sales team to optimize performance and achieve maximum productivity.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports including retail fleet and individual team member performance breakdowns.
Customer Relationship & After-Sales Support - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints ensuring timely resolution and excellent after‑sales support.
- Ensure that customers receive high‑quality service at every stage of the sales process to build long‑term loyalty.
