About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Business Management, you will join a collaborative team operating across the Nordic region and Germany, contributing to go-to-market execution and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to understand customer needs and propose optimal Contact Center, Cloud PBX or Voice solutions.
• Manage customer interactions end-to-end: sales presentations, quotations, service demonstrations and responses to tenders.
• Act as a subject matter expert for our UC product portfolio and present tailored solutions to customers.
• Drive opportunities to closure in close collaboration with Key Account Managers.
• Build and develop a strong pipeline and close opportunities.
