The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, generating and converting leads, managing dealer and installer relationships, and promoting the brand across key local markets. This role requires strong field activity, market insights, and leadership skills to oversee a team, identify new business opportunities, and ensure alignment with overall sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Penetration & Outreach
Conduct field visits in key solar markets Identify and engage potential dealers, installers, EPCs, and B2B clients.
Gather competitor insights on products, pricing, and promotions.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate qualified leads across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Maintain a lead tracker with detailed logs and follow-up status.
