Position Overview
The Account Management specialist is responsible for managing and growing existing dealer and corporate accounts within Distribution. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving repeat business, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing account profitability. The AMS will ensure client satisfaction, improve sell-through performance, and coordinate closely with internal teams for seamless execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealer and corporate accounts.
- Develop account growth plans to increase sell-in and improve sell-through performance.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across assigned brands.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
