Job Description
Our client is a Japanese company specializing in oil/petrochemical terminals and port operations. They are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales & Service Engineer to join their team. Sales: 70% & Service: 30% Responsibilities - Promote sales activities and collaborate with manufacturers, consultants, and contractors to drive business opportunities. - Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and job quotations for ad hoc requests from clients and end-users. - Manage and coordinate with term contractors and key partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. - Attend to customer requests and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner. - Respond promptly to emergency calls in the event of equipment malfunction or failure. - Manage and maintain ISO documentation in compliance with company standards.
