Description

The Sales Service Coordinator role combines customer service excellence with supporting our outside sales force. This individual will be the main point of contact for the Dynabrade territory managers and will assist them with any customer inquiries, managing their demo accounts, and proactively warming customer leads up. This role will also call on the individual to take responsibility for maintaining customer relationships in any temporarily open sales territory from a remote standpoint. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and motivated to grow within a sales-focused organization.
