Executive assistant to General Manager Taiwan, supporting Executive meetings and sales management team in Taiwan
Role and responsibilities
Assist general manager and sales management team in a full spectrum of supports, including but not limited to:
Meeting planning and coordination
Agenda and event scheduling and preparation
Documents and files management
Travel planning and travel expenses
Handle various projects which are not limited to sales domain
Cross-departmental, functional, coordination
Act as first point of contact, receiving internal and external inquiries and guests, preparing visits or calls accordingly, and establishing/maintaining close contact to internal and external co-operation partners
Education and experience
Bachelor above, at least 5-7 years...
