- Prepare and process quotations, invoices and sales orders
- Maintain organized records of sales agreements and contracts
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and update the sales team on product availability.
- Maintain and update client and sales data bases.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries.
- Handle filing, photocopying and other clerical duties.
- College graduate, a degree in business administration is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
