Job descriptionPrepare the purchase order, sales order, and delivery receipt for client orders.Process request of sales agents for sample items and its return.Prepare price quotation for client orders/inquiries.Prepare and process the documents needed for client orders/ inquiries.Job RequirementsCandidate must possess a College/Bachelorβs degree in any field.Preferably with at least one (1) year of related work experience as Sales Assistant or Secretary.Preferably knowledgeable in sales invoicing.Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.Must have excellent communication skills.
