The role is part of the Trauma Division and is responsible for the successful launch, promotion and sales of a specific product range to orthopaedic surgeons across the allocated territory. It requires ongoing education of hospital staff in the correct application and usage of these products.
Responsibilities Build and execute quarterly business plans that exceed sales targets across provincial and private hospitals. Maintain a disciplined calling pattern (theatre operating days, in rooms appointments) with a continuously updated diary and clear call objectives. Deliver one‑on‑one detailing, in‑service training, workshops, and practical demonstrations using approved materials and clinical literature.
