Responsible as Sales Representative to propose companyβs products, services & solutions to the internal clients (Samsung Group) in South East Asia region and to maintain & strengthen the relationship
Find sales leads & biz opportunities by coordinating with delivery(technical) teams
Process end-to-end sales activities such as proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract and overall project management
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (delivery teams, procurement, operations, finance, legal, etc) and headquarters to accelerate sales to achieve set KPIs
Resolve issues and provide seamless customer experience on perspective of sales cycle
Track and report monthly sales/ revenue figures through regular meetings with management and department team leaders
Assist in market research and proposals for potential business opportunities, when needed
