- Customer Support & Experience
- Respond quickly and professionally via chat/email/social/phone.
- Assist with orders, inquiries, exchanges/returns/refunds.
- Deliver consistent, brand-aligned customer experience to build loyalty.
- Sales & Profitability
- Hit sales targets by converting leads into purchases.
- Upsell/cross-sell to increase AOV and margins.
- Execute promos/campaigns and track performance (sales, conversion, trends).
- Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, HR/Training, and Finance to resolve customer needs (delivery, payments, product concerns).
