Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, including local Architects, Engineers, Homeowner Builders, Renovators as well as with core target market, Building Contractors.
- Cold Call, Identify and Sign new building material sales contracts to expand building market presence and our market share.
- Provide technical product knowledge and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Compile Cost and Quantity estimations of building plans and projects
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure timely reporting and feedback to the central Sales Office.
- Ensure accurate ordering and delivery of products to site.
