Position Overview
Role Purpose:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the position holder will be responsible for sales of Peak product and services, email quotations and follow up to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is upheld.
Main Job Functions
- Customer engagement and relationship management by call, email and face to face visits, site surveys and co-visits with colleagues and business partners.
- Foster and manage relationships, sales and educate distributors and OEMs of gas generation technology and applications.
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely and supportive manner.
- Actively identify new sales and service leads by phone, email, meetings, conferences, marketing events both electronically and in person.
- Organise and attend marketing events.
