Position Overview
A leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop. The successful candidate will manage service bookings, job cards, customer communication, workflow coordination, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the repair and maintenance process.
Requirements:
- Matric or higher qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Service Advisor or similar role.
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
- Experience within the automotive, truck, or commercial vehicle industry advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage job cards, quotations, invoicing, and workshop scheduling.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure.
