This is a simple referral role. You share warm leads from your network—ideally from your

own organization’s HR team

or from companies that hire Sales or Tech talent regularly. We handle everything else: outreach, pitching, closing, and delivery.
One strong, repeat client is far more valuable than multiple one-off leads.
