You combine business development, client management, and talent recruitment to build sustainable partnerships and successfully deliver projects.
What will you contribute?
- Develop new business opportunities: you actively prospect and build long-term relationships with clients and strategic accounts.
- Define and implement commercial strategies: you focus on consulting projects and translate client needs into tailored solutions.
- Support clients throughout the entire sales cycle: from needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Advise clients at a strategic level: you work with them on their challenges and projects.
- Select and match consultants to client projects: you ensure optimal use of talent across current and future assignments.
