Key Responsibilities - Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and clarify specifications.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders and project status to ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with internal teams – design, production, procurement and logistics – for order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update project tracking sheets, CRM and sales reports.
